Riyadh City:

Delivery within one to two business days maximum.

For the convenience of the customer, all payment methods have been provided (Mada - Visa - Master - Tabby - Tamara)

Outside Riyadh:

1. In normal cases: Within 3-5 business days and calculated from the time of order confirmation, which is done through customer service.
2. The holy month of Ramadan: Shipping in Ramadan differs from other months, as it is expected that your order will arrive from 5-10 business days.
3. Shipping cost: It is explained on the payment page and varies from one company to another.
4. Shipping companies: Delivery is done through well-known shipping companies (Egyx - Aramex - B1).
5. Special cases: If you do not receive the order, there will be a possibility to arrange another delivery date by the service provider, or you can obtain additional information in this regard from the delivery company.
6. Additional fees: If you are unable to deliver the order for the second time, you may have to pay additional delivery fees.
